Video depositions are $125/hr and have a minimum requirement of 2 hours, billed in quarter hour increments. The rate changes after 4 hours. So, 4 and 1/4 hour – 8 hours the rate is @ $100/hr. Depositions over 8hr, on weekends or holidays are 1.5 times normal rate. Flat travel rate of $50 outside of Yancey and Mitchel Counties. 

A second camera can be added @ $75/hr. One camera can be on the witness and the other on a sign language interpreter, exhibits, or talking attorney. Both can be merged into a single “split screen” image in post-production.
